To slow down and take in the Island, the magical landscape, wildlife, history and meet the local people. Enjoy the local cuisine with flavours and history all the way back from the journeys of the Viking age.
As we love and cherish our island our aim is to operate in the most sustainable responsible manner as possible always striving to get better and better witch goes hand in hand with the environmentally self-guided concept. We are not a mass market operator. We tailor make your adventure to leave smallest perceptible footprint on the island/environment

Co-founder

Camilla has a big outdoor interest and is a very keen downhill skier. She has a past of working at mountain resorts during winter seasons and Island resorts during summer seasons in the hospitality and guest service field. To always walk the extra miles and ensure that the guests will have the best experience possible. Personal service and the love for small details are very important. After several years living on an island in the outer Stockholm archipelago with sea kayaking as a big interest Gotland has now been the home for many years. To live on Gotland offers “every day adventures” with a magical island to explore by hiking or biking. With Gotland on a bike Camilla and Henrik wants to create a sustainable option of traveling that live in harmony with nature and the island environment. –Our aim is to be able to give life long memories for generations to come.

henrik ahlberg

CO-FOUNDER

Henrik has spent most of his life traveling the world on different expeditions from the high Arctic to Antarctica working with hospitality and guest service at highest levels.
His interest in outdoor life with elements of biking, hiking, kayaking and diving has also taken him privately on trips around the world and domestic. Living on Gotland makes that his interests literally are just outside the door.
